Jalen Brunson gets Nike billboard treatment in Midtown

The city that never sleeps certainly won’t sleep on Jalen Brunson and the Knicks.

As the second round of the NBA playoffs was about to kick off Monday night at the Garden, a new Nike billboard featuring New York’s breakout hoops superstar popped up on the corner of 34th Street and 7th Avenue with a simple two-word message.

“Don’t sleep,” the billboard reads over a picture of Brunson from behind wearing his blue and orange No.11 jersey with one arm raised in the air.

The 27-year-old point guard finished fourth in the NBA in scoring during the regular season with 28.7 points per game, and he upped that output to a league-leading 35.5 points per game in a six-game ousting of the 76ers in the first round.
