Official starting lineup Frosinone vs Inter Milan

Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi has rotated his starting lineup once again, starting with Yann Bisseck and Marko Arnautovic against Frosinone. The opening fixture of Serie A Matchday 36 kicks off at 20:45 CET.

The Nerazzurri have already secured the Serie A title a few weeks ago by beating AC Milan in a historic Derby della Madonnina edition.

Therefore, Inzaghi can afford to experiment with his starting lineup. He already rang the changes last weekend in the defeat against Sassuolo and is doing likewise this evening.

Yann Sommer will regain his spot between the posts after making way for Emil Aduero last Saturday.

In defense, Yann Bisseck gets the nod, thus dropping Benjamin Pavard to the bench.

After starting as a wingback last weekend, Carlos Augusto will feature as a left centre-back this time. The Brazilian will thus replace Alessandro Bastoni.

With Francesco Acerbi still unavailable due to a groin problem, Stefan de Vrij will marshal the backline.

On the wings, Matteo Darmian and Federico Dimarco will regain their usual starting berths. Hence, Denzel Dumfries, Juan Cuadrado and Tajon Buchanan can only hope for second-half cameos.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan Rested In Midfield

Moreover, this will be one of the rare occasions when Henrikh Mkhitaryan doesn’t start. The Armenian will be on the bench alongside Hakan Calhanoglu.

Therefore, Davide Frattesi, Kristjan Asllani and Nicolo Barella will be the starting trio in the middle of the park.

Finally, Inzaghi revamps his attack, trading last weekend’s starting duo Lautaro Martinez and Alexis Sanchez with Marcus Thuram and Arnautovic.
