Tata Motors enters Egyptian commercial vehicle market with 7 models

Tata Motors’ commercial vehicle line-up for Egypt includes Tata Xenon pickup, Ultra and Prima truck range including the flagship Prima 6038.S, and LP 613 bus.
Tata Motors has joined hands with MM Group for Industry and International Trade (MTI), one of Egypt’s largest distribution companies, for the market launch of its commercial vehicles range in Egypt. The CV brand’s entry marks a significant step forward in its commitment and hold in the to the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Designed to address the country’s emerging mobility needs in cargo and passenger segments, Tata Motors’ line-up for the Egyptian market Tata Xenon, Ultra T.7, Ultra T.9, Prima 3328.K, Prima 4438.S, Prima 6038.S, and LP 613 bus.

The company has said that its buyers can make use of MTI’s 7 strategically located touchpoints for easy access to affordable spares and services. Along with its advanced vehicles, customers will also benefit from value-added services towards hassle-free ownership and superior lifecycle management. This includes an extended warranty of up to 5 years or 150,000 km on the Tata Xenon and the Ultra range, along with a Scheduled Service Package.
Notable, the Tata Prima 6038.S tractor is the flagship variant of the Prima range, which is sold only in overseas markets. This model is quite popular in the Middle-Eastern markets, thanks to sharp performance and reliability. It is powered by an 8.9-litre Cummins engine, mated to a 9-speed Eaton gearbox with a crawler gear.
